MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMPLEX TEXTURED MIXED YARN FOR DIFFERENT LUSTER AND DIFFERENT FINESS OF NYLON

Nylon semi drawn yarn(1) containing blind luster of single fineness 6 is fed to a core yarn, and the semi drawn yarn(2) consisting of a nylon micro fiber under fineness 1 denier is fed to the effect yarn, so as to be fed to the first feed roller(3) in shape of double yarn. The yarn doubled through the first feed roller(3) is passed through the contact type heat treatment plate(4), setting the temperature condition to within the range of 160-170 degree C preferable for the deformation subject to thermo plasticity of the fibrous high molecule, then the yarn is passed through the cool processing plate(5).
