The present invention provides an oil jet guide disposed on an upper surface of a first roller in an opposite direction to the first roller and an oil jet guide for supplying oil such that the fiber surface with oil does not touch the surface of the first roller. The present invention relates to a melt-spun spandex fiber manufacturing apparatus including an oil roller disposed between two high rollers in an opposite direction of a second high roller to supply oil so that the oil-bearing fiber surface does not touch the second high roller surface. In particular, the present invention relates to an apparatus capable of preventing uneven adhesion of an oil agent to fibers having a large diameter during melt spinning of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin.
