This research is about the back-end network structure of the car. The back-end shape of the existing car is quadrilateral. When the back side of the car is impacted, the exhibition center in front of the car fails to absorb the impact well, which has a huge impact on the passengers. There was a problem.;Therefore, in this study, the shape of longzhiyuan (20) is formed by two plates with six corners. The upper side of the inner panel (20a) of the long pool is welded to the bottom of the first layer of panel (10), the lower end is welded to the lower side of the outer panel (20B) of the long pool, and the upper side of the outer core (20B) of the long pool is weldedInsert and weld between the ground panel (10) and the wheel disc core (30). Compared with the previous square shape, the absorption force of the impact is better.
