FIELD: radiolocation. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to radiolocation and may find use, for instance, in ship's navigation radar operating under conditions of active navigation. Method of increase of resolving power of radar consists in emission of probing signal, in reception of signal reflected from object, in processing of received signal. which includes amplification and optimum filtration, detection and feed to detector. On processing of received signal there is performed operation reverse relative to convolution operation with processed signal and signal formed in advance corresponding to function of core of this convolution.
