METHOD TO PRODUCE MELTED FLUX FOR WELDING AND DEPOSITING BY WELDING

摘要

FIELD: welding, welding fluxes in particular, method is used in production of melted welding fluxes. SUBSTANCE: during production of melted fluxes welded slag crust is multiply used in charge composition without decrease of quality of deposited by welding metal and deterioration of processing flux properties. Share of slag crust in total charge mass is defined depending on its usage ratio by formula: N = (0.01 - 0.8) . M/I + lnC, with N - share of slag crust in total charge mass; M - total charge mass; C - ratio of slag crust usage. EFFECT: method allows to produce melted flux with slag crust without decrease of its welding properties. 2 tbl
