FIELD: gas processing processes. SUBSTANCE: gas is cooled to -80 C in a vertical heat- exchanger provided with sealed heat-carrier circuit, heat-carrier being cooled itself with liquid nitrogen in a separate circuit. Obtained condensate containing liquid water-free hydrofluoric acid, solid uranium hexafluoride, and non-condensable gases is filtered. Uranium hexafluoride precipitate is heated to sublimate. Solution of water-free hydrofluoric acid containing dissolved uranium hexafluoride is transferred into gaseous state, passed through activated carbon layer, and condensed. Activated carbon is then heated and subjected to hydrolysis or acid treatment to isolate uranium hexafluoride. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process. 8 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl ЫЫЫ1
