FIELD: medicine, plastic surgery. SUBSTANCE: irregular fragment is cut oriented to five points: the first - at mastoid process base, the second - 3 cm above mastoid process, the third - 2-6 cm above acromial-clavicular symphysis, the fourth point is determined after horizontal skin shift at crossover with hair line, the fifth - at crossover of perpendicular from previous point onto wing-shaped fold top. Then the fragment is cut and at skin replacing the fourth and fifth points are combined. EFFECT: improved technique for surgical plastics.
