METHOD TO CLOSE PHARYNGOESOPHAGOSTOMY

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: compensation of internal pharyngeal and esophageal covering and external neck covering is conducted simultaneously by microsurgical autotransplantation of free vascularized radial forearm fragment designed as two cutaneous elements according to defect shape upon one common fascial basis. One cutaneous element is used to compensate defect of internal pharyngeal and esophageal coverings, another one is for compensating defect of external neck covering. EFFECT: improved results of operation and decreased terms of treatment.
