MOBILE STERILIZATION-DISTILLATION COMPLEX FOR MEDICAL HELP IN CASE OF CATASTROPHES

FIELD: field pharmaceutical equipment, mobile and stationary pharmacies, field and city pharmaceutical laboratories. SUBSTANCE: complex comprises plurality of units, namely: Diesel-powered electric generator, heat generator with nozzle burner, air fan for blowing air into torch zone, ignition unit, automatic subassembly consisting of several inventively novel elements and three control units intended to control, adjust and monitor operation of main units of complex, electric fuel pump and electric pump for water supply to boiler, several hand-operated pumps, main unit for apyrogenic water treatment based on electrodialysis and ultraviolet water treatment with output of at least 100-150 l/hour. To improve technical and metrological aspects of operation of complex, said units are arranged to form layout of interconnected modules, thereby making it possible to increase steam production and yield of apyrogenic water for injections, to shorten time it takes to sterilize medicinal solutions and medical-purpose articles. EFFECT: high degree of self- sufficiency due to automation of control and signalling units reporting on serviceability of complex units. 2 cl, 2 dwg
