The device is featured by the fact that it has a frequency setter, analog-to-digital converter, storage unit, voltage monitoring unit and a display unit, whose input is connected to the output of the analog-to-digital converter. The first input of the analog-to-digital converter is connected to the output of the voltage monitoring unit; its second input is connected to the rectifier output, and the frequency setter output is connected to the voltage converter input.
