METHOD TO TREAT CHRONIC RELAPSING MAXILLARY SINUS

FIELD: medicine, facial and jaw surgery. SUBSTANCE: method deals with opening of maxillary sinus, removing of polypously or scarredly changed mucous membrane, overlapping of co-entrance and lower nasal meatus. In area of removed mucous membrane a part of osseous wall of maxillary sinus is also removed. Then free fragment of covering epithelium of mouth cavity is transferred onto soft tissues of developed defect bottom. EFFECT: improved prevention of relapsing maxillary sinus.
