VIBRATING MACHINE FOR COMPACTION OF CONCRETE MIXES IN PRODUCTION OF REINFORCED AND NONREINFORCED ARTICLES AND STRUCTURES

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: vibrating unit has frame, running gear, electric motors, selection of individually controlled vibrating units, and single control system for all vibrating units. Each vibrating unit has two subunits - internal and surface. Each internal vibrating subunit is provided with system of working members (sticks) for internal action, and each surface vibrating subunit is provided with system of holes for passing of vibrating sticks through them and also with guide rods to ensure definite direction for movement of subunits relative to each other in process of operation. Vibrating machine is mounted on same rail track on which moving is for example concrete spreader. Compaction of concrete is effected through entire width of mould with operational lifting and lowering of vibrating units. Working members of vibrating machine transfer dynamic oscillations directly to concrete mix not to surrounding equipment. EFFECT: high efficiency. 4 dwg
