METHOD FOR EVALUATING LEVEL OF METAL IONS PRESENT IN RAT'S HEART AND VESSEL WALL

FIELD: medicine; veterinary science; clinical laboratory diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: proposed method employs run of preliminary experiments to establish presence of high coefficient existing between levels of metal ions in cardiac tissue, blood vessel walls and those in blood plasma and erythrocytes. Thereupon, presence level of such or such specific metal ion in cardiac tissue and in blood vessel walls is evaluated on basis of that in blood plasma and/or erythrocytes with due consideration for corresponding correlation coefficient. EFFECT: invention can be used for effective environmental control.
