FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, electrophysiology, applicable for medical institutions for recording of examination results. SUBSTANCE: device uses an analog switch unit, oscillator, analog switch gating unit, step signal generating unit, modulator unit; the oscillator is connected to the analog switch gating unit, whose output is connected to the analog switch unit and step signal generating unit; the output of the analog switch unit is connected to the first input of the modulator unit, the output of the step signal generating unit is connected to the second input of the modulator unit, whose output is intended for connection to two channels of the magnetic tape recorder; in the recording duty the channel selection signal recording unit is cut in instead of the step signal generating unit, the second additional output of the channel selection signal generating unit is connected to the additional gating input of the analog switch unit, the oscillator output is also connected to the additional input of the modulator unit. In the reproduction duty the device, using a demodulator unit whose inputs are connected to the output of two channels of the magnetic tape recorder and the outputs are connected via an interface to the computer, uses also the analog switch unit, analog switch gating unit, channel selection signal generating unit, carrier frequency discrimination unit, correction signal discrimination unit, signal correction circuit; the input of the second channel of the demodulator unit is additionally coupled to the input of the carrier frequency discrimination unit, whose output is connected to the input of the analog switch gating unit; the second output of the demodulator unit is connected to the additional nullification input of the analog switch gating unit, the first output of the demodulator unit is connected to eight inputs of the analog switch gating unit and the first input of the correction signal discrimination unit, the third output of the channel selection signal generating unit is connected to the second input of the correction signal discrimination unit, whose output is connected to the first input of the signal correction circuit the second output of the signal correction circuit is connected to the analog switch unit output.
