SUBSTANCE: a blood smear is taken from patient's finger, fixed with 96%-alcohol, put into canadian balsam, erythrocytes are evaluated macrodensitometrically, based upon the dependence obtained for optical density of erythrocyte D from the distance of its edge r the following parameters are calculated: average curvature of ascending part of erythrocyte tore, average curvature of descending part of erythrocyte tore, average curvature of erythrocyte pallor and value for erythrocyte form according to a certain formula. EFFECT: higher efficiency in predicting irradiation impact both at high-dose and low-dose radiation due to high sensitivity, decreased terms for analysis. 1 tbl, 2 dwg
