FIELD: manufacture of thermal and hydraulic insulation; heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: ends of thermal and hydraulic insulating member are made in form of truncated cones at angle of 10 to 80 deg. Taper surfaces have similar direction of conicity. Larger base of cone is supported by circular step of end perpendicular to axis of member and lesser base is circular step of end which is also perpendicular to axis of member. For assembly of thermal and hydraulic insulating member, provision is made for tenon-dovetail joint, in form of trapezium for example for connecting hollow semi-cylinders. Joint is made over entire length of side plane. Inner cylindrical surface of member is provided with heat-reflecting mirror coat. Members are also provided with through capillary tubes in parallel with axis of member. Capillary tubes have form of circle, ellipse, triangle or polygon in cross section and are located at maximum density of packing. Thermal and hydraulic insulating members are connected by means of adhesive or binder. Plane of assembly of member made from semi-cylinders containing tenon-dovetail joint are located perpendicularly relative to similar plane of previous member. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 7 cl, 3 dwg
