FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, productive seam is opened by drilled bore-hole, and receiving space is formed within productive seam, and installed under this space is receiving conveyer. Seam is washed-out in rising stream within limits of extracting chamber, initially by heated water from sprayer, then by hydraulic giant with caving of sand. Sand and hydraulic slurry after wash-out are directed to receiving container. Light fraction is recovered by slurry-lifting unit, and sand lumps are directed through grate to container, disintegrated by compressed air with separation of light fraction and collection of heavy fraction recovered together with receiving container after treating of extracting chamber. In opening of seam, testing can be performed, and receiving space can be formed by bore-hole reamer. Caved-in sand can be disintegrated by streams from periodically lowered hydraulic giant and brought into floating state in receiving container by its vibration. Device for realizing aforesaid method has installed in bore-hole slurry-rising unit and hydraulic giant unit, water and air supply pipelines, annular sprayer with pipeline, annular sprayer with heated water pipeline, and receiving container. Hermetic compartment can be provided in container for installing vibrators. EFFECT: high efficiency. 7 cl, 1 dwg
