摘要

FIELD: mechanical and instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: frequency of pulses of contact difference of potentials arising between rings of rotating antifriction bearings, the amplitude of which exceeds preset discrimination level and energy accumulated in friction surfaces of bearings are measured in antifriction bearing under test, provided conditions corresponding to at least one discrimination level are satisfied. Device has contact and no-contact removers of pulses of contact difference of potentials developed between rings of rotating antifriction bearing. Pulse removers are connected to input of amplitude discriminator-comparator the output of which is connected to frequency meter. Device has also integrator and indicator. Integrator inputs are connected in parallel to inputs of amplitude discriminator-comparator, and integrator output is connected to energy value indicator. EFFECT: improved test results. 2 cl, 1 dwg
