SUBSTANCE: method involves applying ulna osteotomy in proximal and distal half portion, turning the hand concurrently with distal fragments of radius and ulna relative to the distal end of the intermediate fragment of the ulna until the hand is set in correction-to-norm position with radiocarpal articulation slit arc and longitudinal axis of forearm being repaired. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented recidivation.
