SUBSTANCE: method involves performing vitrectomy and expanding retina by means of internal filling followed by retina reinforcement with retinal sutures and laser coagulation along the separation line. Polyphosphororganic compounds are suggested to be used as filling agents. The expanded retina is to be reinforced by means of omega-shaped sutures with supplementary argon laser coagulation at the first or second day. Polyphosphororganic compounds are to be removed at the seventh or eighth day. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of postoperative complications.
