Ions of $$$, interacting with the products of radiolysis of $$$ and $$$, prevent both radiolytic development of $$$ and its accumulation in can water. EFFECT: enhanced corrosion resistance of envelopes of spent heat-releasing assemblies with envelopes of zirconium alloys at intermediate storage in cans of reactor-adjoining basins.
