SUBSTANCE: composition has the first dispersion of lipid vesicles that are able to penetrate into deep-seated skin layers and at least one agent taken from antioxidative free-radical agents, proteins, sugars, enzymes, vitamins, nucleotides, trace elements, coenzymes, phospholipids containing high level of unsaturated fatty acids, silicon derivatives and plant extracts. The second dispersion has lipid vesicles that are able to penetrate into the surface skin layers and contain at least one active agent taken from screening agents, antioxidative free-radical agents, sugars, amino acids, vitamins, ceramics, nonsaponified product obtained from vegetable oils, and sweat components for the surface layers treatment. Invention relates to also method of protection, nutrition and/or defense of skin that involves application of composition on skin. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of composition.
