METHOD FOR PROTECTING LOADED LIFT BUCKET OF MINE LIFTING DEVICE FROM RUNNING AGAINST HAULING CABLE AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE SAME

FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: real slowing down of the loaded lift bucket is measured and its speed is differentiated. Admissible value of loaded bucket slowing down is specified. The measured value is compared with specified value. Braking effort is decreased by the value of positive difference. The device is additionally equipped with the second transmitter of acoustic oscillations of preset frequency, the second emitter and the second receiver, switch gear with immovable contacts and movable armature connected in series. Information processing unit is equipped with frequency discriminator and differentiator connected in series. The second input of the differentiator is used as the second input of the information processing unit and connected to set-point device for admissible slowing down of the loaded lift bucket. Comparator output has electrical coupling to inventor-amplifier. Output of the inventor-amplifier is connected to the operating winding of the electric/pneumatic pressure regulator used to control pneumatic safety brake. EFFECT: increased accuracy, safety and wider application.
