FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: method involves detection of animals exhibiting positive response to tuberculin and additional serological investigations. Herd is considered to be defective by tuberculosis if antituberculosis antibodies were detected at dilution ≅ 1:40; herd is considered to be safe if antituberculosis antibodies are absent or detected at dilution 1: 10. Results can be obtained during 1 day. EFFECT: simplified and reliable method.
