METHOD FOR DIAGNOSIS OF ELECTRICAL INSTABILITY OF MYOCARDIUM IN PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM LONG QT SYNDROME

FIELD: medicine; cardiology; cardiac surgery. SUBSTANCE: method provides a means for non-invasive assessment of electrophysiological instability of the myocardium on the basis of surface ECG-mapping. The condition of the myocardium is assessed by arrangement of the negative zones and additional negative extremums in the right front part of the thorax on isointerval maps in ST-T and QRST intervals plotted on the thorax surface evolvent. EFFECT: more accurate method.
