METHOD TO TREAT VULVOVAGINITIS INDUCED BY UROGENITAL INFECTION

FIELD: medicine, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: medicine, gynecology. Method solves the problem to create bactericidal concentrations not only in epithelia cells but in intercellular space where chlamydia are localized. Method uses combination of two antibiotics of different groups (macrolises, tetracyclines of wide spectrum) which is changed in 2-3 days for 8 days. Simultaneously local treatment is prescribed with a mix consisting of 15 ml 20%-dimexide solution, 1 g rifampicin, about 100 ml distilled water and ultraviolet irradiation onto perineum and vaginal areas at 1 biodose daily for 8 days. Before mix intake syringing is conducted with 5% sodium bicarbonate solution by soft urethral catheter introduced into posterior fornix, then a mix is administered. Local treatment is conducted daily at night period, ultraviolet irradiation - at daytime. EFFECT: high clinical efficiency.
