FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: thick deposit open by production well is divided into floors and mined with cylindrical stopes. The stopes are formed by checkered lines. Worked space is filled as the stopes are excavated. As this takes place, first a cone is developed on stope bottom to form annular gap between its base and stope wall. Then solidifying mixture is supplied to the annular to form a ring of the height lower than that of the cone. On solidifying the mixture the cone is increased to form annular gap similar to the above. Solidifying material and non-binded material are supplied until cone apex reaches layer height. Then solidifying material is supplied until its surface reaches cone apex to form stope bottom. EFFECT: decreased loss of minerals. 3 dwg
