摘要

FIELD: instrumentation and means of nondestructive testing. SUBSTANCE: sounding and receiving devices are used in form of sources of coherent electromagnetic radiation (for instance, laser), and four energy supply and taking-off in selected points of surface of object under diagnosis, use is made of fiber optics means. The device has feedback unit between sounding and receiving parts of apparatuses for correction of parameters of generated ultrasonic pulses, and chopper of continuous laser radiation with varied time of interruption of light flux depending on the value of selected duration of sounding pulse. Installed in the path of continuously sounding light flux is semitransparent prism optically connected with the mirror of receiving channel for withdrawal of a part of energy of powerful laser to interferometer of acoustic vibration sensor. EFFECT: higher information content of results of diagnosis measurements by means of application of feedback between sounding and receiving parts of test instrument and of use of worked-out algorithms of defect identification with determination of their mechanical and physical parameters. 4 cl, 2 dwg
