Method is implemented by device that has second-order continuous time-lag controlled entity with series-connected linear and nonlinear links and control unit in the form of extremum regulator, master unit, static supervisor, extremum detector unit, reversing flip-flop, and switch. EFFECT: improved capacity and economic efficiency of control process, improved noise immunity and resistance to vertical drift.
