BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCE SHOWING ANTIPROLIFERATIVE ACTIVITY AND A METHOD OF ITS SYNTHESIS

FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: cis-platinum diammine derivatives of diimidazole dichloride of the general formula: where: R - -H₃; -H₂OH used as biologically active substance showing antiproliferative activity. Method of synthesis involves interaction of cis-platinum diimidazole dichloride with 25% ammonium aqueous solution at heating and intensive stirring up to complete dissolving followed by cooling and isolation of the end product. Synthesized compounds show antiproliferative and cytostatic activity and can be used in medicine, pharmacy and chemical industry. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, enhanced biological activity.
