FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to some new spiropiperidines and their homologs that promote secretion of growth hormone in human and animals. Invention relates to compositions promoting isolation of growth hormone and containing spiro-compounds as an active component. Proposed compounds can be used in agriculture to increase weight gain of animals, for treatment some diseases at insufficient growth hormone secretion and that can be improved by anabolic effect of growth hormone. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of compounds.
