FIELD: ultrasonic machining. SUBSTANCE: tool 1 is corrected by the use of a machine-tool immediately before the machining, planar lap 3 being interposed between the working end face of the tool and the surface of part 2 to be machined. The finishing is accomplished by applying to the tool a static load and ultrasonic oscillation whose conditions correspond to the conditions of further machining of parts. The grooves are made when a part is fixed. EFFECT: improved accuracy of machining. 2 dwg
