The teeth of the saw blades are welded with a HSS material and then finished through corresponding grinding processes. The HSS material is in the hardness range beween 46 and 58 HRC. The cutting angle is pref. between - 10 degs. to -30 degs. The teeth can be polished on four sides. Round or shaped HSS Stellite is pref. used for the tips The teeth need not be soldered with a hard metal leaf but can solely be welded with an HSS alloy substance. The teeth can be specially shaped.
