The outer part (2) can adjust relative the inner part (4) in the axial direction of the outlets (9,27), the second outlet being ahead of the first and the inner part larger in diameter at the second outlet than the clear width of the first outlet. The outer part can adjust relative the inner part far enough to press the inside wall of the vortex chamber (21) tightly against the inner part at the second outlet. The inside wall of the outer part tapers conically towards the first outlet at the vortex chamber as does also the inner part. The second outlet is designed into a coaxial tubular extension (17) on the inner part and the two parts are adjusted relatively via screw threads (10,11).
