A cylindrical sleeve (10) is fitted on the cylindrical internal face of the pipe (1), and is materially locked to the pipe and form locked to the cover (2). The cylindrical sleeve is located between the internal face of the pipe and the circumferential edge of the cover. The sleeve may be glued or welded to the pipe. A spot weld may be made, pref. on the sleeve edge directly adjacent to the pipe edge. The form locking of the sleeve and cover is by a collar formed on the edge of the sleeve facing inside the motor and extending radially inwards.
