The arrangement consists of a hollow shaft on the cylindrical surface of which two spiral grooves are cut which are off-set from one another by exactly 180 degrees and which have the same pitch angle and thread direction. Both grooves cover exactly one thread gang and start and finish at the same level. The shaft rotates in a bush (4). Holes (6) in the bush are positioned in spiral rows which have the same pitch as the grooves in the shaft. These holes connect the grooves to an annular space (16) around the bush to which the fluid under pressure is suplied.
