Recycling of construction waste and rubble - by grinding the material for mixture with other material into concrete to be shaped by formwork with lost mantles

Building waste material is ground down and mixed with other materials to form a building material like concrete, to be used for construction components such as walls, and shaped with a mantle structure, with lost formworks for the mantle. Also claimed is a lost formwork with a stiffened wall (2a,2b) which remains with the construction component, with a plaster carrier material (3) and reinforcements (6) which extend over the cross section of the formwork (1) and are bonded to the walls (2a,2b).
