The building method is used instead of the usual building processes where the necessary work space is lacking, and thereby the amount of earth dug out is less, reducing the subsequent infill required. The structure support components have less requirement to be anchored in the ground. Their upper connection points are not anchored with tube anchors and are not secured in the ground, but outside the slide area are secured by rails with holding constructions (7-19) by friction. With increasing digging out of the structural body, the anchor plates (19) receive a greater load application, and thus there is a greater frictional force. This secures the structure of the trench and prevents tipping.
