Spinning etc. machine spindle propagating min. noise to spindle rail

The spindle for a spinning or a twist machine has a rigid tubular case (2) which holds a top bearing and a foot bearing for a shaft which is mounted so it can rotate and located in a bearing case capable of connection to a spindle rail. The tubular case is supported w.r.t. the bearing case (8) by radially symmetrical metal springs, one being near the top band the second near the foot bearing. The spring stiffness of the one (22) facing the top bearing (5) is at least five times and at most twenty times that of the one (21) facing the foot bearing (6).
