Video tape recorder (VTR) recording programming method through television video text

The method involves using a television to receive a television signal, detecting several video text data in the received signal, and storing these data in a first memory. At least one recording reservation data contained in the video text is transferred to the VTR, in response to a selection signal that was entered in a VTR programming video text mode of the television. The transferred video text data are stored in a second memory of the VTR, and the memory condition of the video text data in that memory is displayed. At least one desired video text data element, of the video text data stored in the second memory, is deleted in response to the selection signal, which is entered in the television, through a user.
