The T-shaped tractive component has a shaft (28) with two draw arms (30,31) extending from it and is rotatable around its longitudinal axis. The holding component (38) is adjustably held on the shaft along its longitudinal direction. The holding component may surround the shaft of the tractive component in a ring-shaped manner. The shaft may alternatively have an outer thread so that the holding component can be screwed onto it. The holding component may be displaceable against the effect of an elastic setback force in the proximal direction of the shaft. The holding component can be activated by a spring force directed to the draw arms by a spring component (36) supporting on an extension (32) of the shaft.
