A filter is fitted to the tank in the region of the aeration and ventilation opening by an axially symmetrical fixing element. The element may be partially or completely made of elastic material. The fixing element may be fastened to the tank by means of a form fit or may push into the aeration hole, and the filter pushes into the fixing element or is fastened to it by a friction fit.
