A workshop workstation, in particular car-body workstation, has an inner H-rail system (3) and an outer U-rail system (4) surrounding the latter; whereas on the inner rail system (3) relatively heavy tools (10, 11) can be moved over all areas of the object (1) to be worked on, on the outer rail system (4) there are movably suspended receptacles and rests (16) for lighter tools, spare parts and the like (Figure 3).
