PURPOSE:To easily adjust the resonance frequency after mount even during operation by providing a temperature adjustable heater in the vicinity of a superconducting conductor line and a superconducting ground conductor. CONSTITUTION:A heater 60 whose temperature is adjustable is provided in the vicinity of a superconducting conductor line 10 and a superconducting ground conductor 30. The heater 60 is formed by mounting a resistor to a lower face of a cover 50c of a package 50a and provided with a couple of feeding terminals 60a, 60b. Then the superconducting conductor line 10 and the superconducting ground conductor 30 are used to show superconduction by cooling and precise temperature control is attained in the vicinity of the critical temperature by energizing the heater 60. Moreover, the heater 60 is mounted to the lower face of the cover 50c of the package 50a, but there is no problem by mounting the heater 60 to the inside of the package 50a, that is, the upper face of the cover 50c or the lower face of the cover 50b or the like.
