The mould is intended for non-destructive moulding and demoulding, for repetitive use, and made of an elastically deformable material in order to allow demoulding. It is characterised in that added to the elastically deformable material are particles of a material having a good coefficient of thermal conduction, these particles being distributed throughout the elastically deformable material in such a way that they ensure thermal propagation right through the entire thickness of the walls of the mould, from an interior moulding cavity right to the outside.
