New method of investigation of the effects thereof and dermopharmaceutical activity in vivo

Investigating skin phosphorus metabolism on human volunteers, comprises using a probe for emitting and receiving 31P NMR signals. The probe pref. comprises a surface antenna designed so that the RF wave penetration is localised in the skin (see Magn. Reson. Med., 16, 252, 1990). A mechanical system supports and contains the member (finger, hand, foot, etc.) being investigated. The measurement comprises recording 1H and/or 31P spectra.
