The structure has an aerodynamic fuselage constituted by a catamaran type hull with engines located in pairs at the front and rear of the fuselage. The fuselage consists of a central part of large surface having a longitudinal wing section with an aerodynamic lift nearly equal to the transported load. A jet diverter is constituted by differential steering flaps forming a wing shutter. The jet diverter enables at take off and landing, the provision of an air cushion by diverting the air ejected from the turbofans. The air cushion comprises the volume underneath the fuselage, the sides of the catamaran hull and the lowered flaps of the shutter wings. Lateral walls act as a retaining skirt for the air cushion caused by the diversion of the turbofan jets.
