The lid (3) comprises a cover (4) which engages in the container opening (6) and forms with it a moulded cavity for the cosmetic. The central deformable part of the lid has a local aperture (12). A cover (5) over the lid which is connected to it with free axial clearance between internal and external positions has an inwards directed protuberance (17). The protuberance and the aperture have reciprocal clipping device when the cover is in its internal position. These comprise a seal (22) interrupted on its perimeter and a groove (13). Partial sealing between the protuberance and the aperture comprises an annular lip on the aperture perimeter which applies the sealing joint on the protuberance when inside. The joint is separated from the protuberance when the cover is away from its internal position. When the cover is separated from this internal position air passes between the protuberance and the aperture.
