The wall is composed of an air cavity (1), wire beams (2,3), planned insulation (4), a light concrete skin (5), a three dimensional mesh (6), an external rendering (7), a reinforcing wire mesh (8) and a finishing coating (9). The wall is provided with Helmholtz resonators which also serve as air exchange orifices. The pipes and sheaths for the usual second stage of construction are in the wall air cavity. The underfloor ventilation space comprises a thermal inertia volume activated by circulation of air passing through the wall air cavities.
