Prepn. of protein base of animal origin from slaughterhouse material - by enzymatic hydrolysis in presence of endo:peptidase(s) followed by heating, useful in human nutrition

Protein base having 100% animal origin, is prepd. from a substrate of slaughterhouse prods. by (a) solubilising the protein tissues by enzymatic hydrolysis of the substrate in presence of endopeptidases, for 30-60 minutes followed by (b) heating at 80 [deg]C for 30-120 minutes w.r.t. the properties required. Also claimed is the base prepd. by this method.
